Thanks Janet! I fixed the link. I'm curious, however. The "Software
libraries" and "UNIX-VMS Help" links both point to the same place (and
are two links apart on the services list page.) Should these be
somehow combined or should software libraries be renamed to "UNIX-VMS
Software libraries" to avoid confusion?
