Hello everyone,
The IS Home Team will meet tomorrow at 9:30am in N42-286. We have the room
until 11am, although depending on people's schedules, we may wrap up after
an hour.
We have guests from the Software Release Team (Ginny, Jonathan, and
Theresa), so the meeting will focus on how SWRT and IS Home can work
together effectively in the future. Here's the basic agenda, though I see
this meeting as exploratory rather than highly structured.
1. Kevin will discuss the history, vision, and framework for the product
support sheets (10 to 15 minutes).
2. The group will talk about setting up clear communication channels and
processes (30 to 40 minutes):
* How do we make sure key stakeholders have their say about content?
* What's the role of IS Home in database development, usability issues, and
maintenance of pages?
* What's the best way to provide new content and updates/corrections to
support sheets?
3. Clear up current unresolved issues (time permitting).
See you there,
Robyn
