First of all, the pages look really nice and should provide added
functionality. Good job! The pages are loading quickly and it
hasn't crashed in 5 minutes like it used to, so I am happy. I am
still very concerned about it being housed on a machine in N42 which has
been off the net 3 times already this year. Can we please talk
about moving this to a production server on one of the server subnets,
perhaps in W91, W20, or E40?

The system requirements section could use some considerable work
especially in consistency.

The way we differentiate systems changes with each product.
e.g.

Apple® Power Macintosh® or compatible computer

vs.

Mac 512KD

Can we please use common terminology to describe system hardware and
operating system versions for each platform?
e.g.

MacOS software version 7.1.2 or later

vs

System 4.1

Also things like spelling out megabyte versus MB should be reviewed
and made consistent. In case anyone is curious Mb is Megabit and is
1/8 of a Megabyte. The abbreviation should be MB.

The search text labels are difficult to read on a Windows machine since
the color is very similar to the background. Also, the text is too
small as are the search boxes. The color thing applies to all the
links in the blue/green boxes that are unviewed.
Photoshop is not currently a supported product. IS does provide training, but it is not supported. Supported means that someone will support it, even if only in a limited fashion. Providing just training in it is not considered supporting it. I do not want to see products that we only provide training appearing on the "supported" products page.

The current version is 5.5 that I have been installing on a couple consultant machines in the learning center.
WS_FTP is fully supported by the Helpdesk last I checked.
I like the comment about not being secure, but shouldn't that be in the "System requirement/Other Notes" section?
Try http://web/is/help/ws_ftp/ for a home page.
please add a bit about non-secure to the product description
