Hi Mary Ellen and Susan,
I checked my records and the last time I worked on this page was March of
99 for Susan. I don't have an updated version of the document but I do
have a copy of the old doc. Hopefully one of you has a copy of the newest
version of the page. Not sure what is happening since the index.html
document is appearing in the directory on the web but has a question mark
icon next to it.

Does anyone know who was responsible for /winnt/tether? It looks
like someone's deleted the only Tether documentation that we have for
Windows NT. This is a major inconvenience for new Tether users (see
message below). Can someone fix this problem and get back to this
person?
