Hi,
This draft of the SAPweb Internal Providers page,
http://web.mit.edu/is/dontindex/dev/intprov.html , is intended to
incorporate all the ideas that Kevin and I discussed with Scott Hewitt in
FSS last week.
The main challenge is that the dropdown menu for the field Internal
Provider on the SAPweb requisition form can be alphabetized but no items
can be added right now. This means that in the SAPweb requisition, the
items under "Software and help -- use for:" have to be captured in a single
line. The three lines listing the actual services cannot appear. If this
explanation seems mysterious, wait until we go over the page in tomorrow's
meeting.
