In the next few messages I am sending you the draft of MIT's
proposed participation in the TULIP project. The proposal
itself is rather brief, in part because we still have many
unanswered questions.
In addition to the proposal I am sending you the notes of our
meeting with the Materials Science Centers back in January and
the list of projects at MIT which Marilyn and Jerry created
for the DARPA project - I've edited the list to include only
the descriptive parts of the projects.
A reminder: the proposal is due July 1; as we don't have another
libtalk meeting, please send me comments, and I will edit the
proposal again before submission.
