Subject: We failed to cut over to new Newton today.
Ralph and I met with partial success in cutting over to the official
"This is the one you bought and paid for" version of Newton.
There was a problem with getting results back in large chunks.
This problem did not manifest itself before because Newton was built
into a Z39.50 server, and the new system has separate processes which
communicate. (So we identified a problem in that communication.)
I've backed us out to the "test version" so that the OPAC will continue
to work.
Ralph will expidite a fix...
