I have taken the liberty to set up a mailing list <tulip@mit.edu> and a discuss
meeting MENELAUS:/usr/spool/discuss/tulip-mtg. The mailing list forwards to the
meeting. TULIP-L and TULIPTECH-L are the two lists that Elsevier uses to
control the flow of information to TULIP participants. Both of these Elsevier
lists now post to our local reflector. I have added what mail I have received
from the TULIPTECH-L list, and encourage anyone else that might have useful
archives of TULIP-L (I believe Greg and Marilyn were the only MIT members of
this list) business to also post them. As you will see from the discuss
meeting, there has been precious little business on the lists so far. I don't
know if it's because Elsevier is moderating the lists, and therefore editing out
many useful postings, or that there's just not much happening yet.
BTW, I'm still interested in hearing who's interested, and able to attend the
TULIP Technical meeting that's being planned for pre-Educom...
