Hello,

I am in the process of trying to write the installer for Brio Query for
windows NT. I am hitting problems with the registry and the self register
of ocx and dll files. I am using Wise 5.0 to build the installer script and
have commented out all of the Registry stuff I put in by hand so the only
registry stuff going on in the script is from the self register ocx and
dll's. Which is the built in function of Wise. I have attached the brio
log file my script builds during installation but here also is the last few
lines for those who can't read attachments:

RegDB Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
RegDB Val:
RegDB Name: DisplayName
RegDB Root: 2
RegDB Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
RegDB Val: C:\Prgram Files\Brio\UNWISE.EXE C:\Prgram Files\Brio\INSTALL.LOG
RegDB Name: UninstallString
RegDB Root: 2
RegDB Old: C:\Prgram Files\Brio\UNWISE.EXE C:\Prgram Files\Brio\INSTALL.LOG
Installation Aborted!

Is this because Brio is already on the machine? Or have I done something
wrong in the script?

Any and all help and advice is appreciated.
