The cached copy of mink.exe on web.mit.edu somehow became corrupted. Ron
just fixed the problem once we finally figured out where it was happening.
I just tested the link from http://mit.edu/is/help/mink/ and it worked
correctly. Case number 136112 noted the file size descrepancy which was the
critical clue required to determine what was causing the failure. Sorry
this took so long to resolve.
