Meanwhile I am Mrs.Rita Diatta, From ("Republic of Somalia") Resides in Dakar Senegal, after due deliberation with my son ,I sent to you this business proposal which we want you to assist us into joint investment partnership with you, With the amount that i currently have within my reach, been the sum of ($4.3) million U.S dollars which i intended to use for investment purposes.
I am contacting you with the hope that you will be of great assistance to me,
I therefore personally appeal to you seriously and religiously for your urgent assistance to relocate this fund in to your country where I believe it will be safe and more profitable into business in your country.
This money came as a result of a payback contract deal between my husband (Mr.Paul S.Diatta) former cabinet member Republic of Somalia and a Russian firm in our country .The Russian partners returned my husbands share which he deposited in the security company here in Dakar Senegal before he was assasinated by Government thugs,As a result of Political unrest/crises in my country Somalia which have consumed the life of my belove husband,In view of this which make us to leave our home country to come down here in Dakar Senegal for our security concern ,I want to withdraw this deposit from the security firm here in Dakar Senegal,where my late husband deposited it,for safe keeping and onward investment.
Due to the current situation in my country and government attitude to my family,I cannot make use of this fund within,thus I seek your help in transferring this funds out for investment purposes than leaving it here and to invest it in any rucrative area to profit my family as our only hope for our future survival bearing in mind that you may be of great assistant to me, A negociable percentage will be discuse as soon as i get your response.
I am seriously considering to settle down abroad in a friendly atmosphere like yours as soon as this fund get into your care/custody so that I can start all over again,I am giving you this information in total trust and confidence.
