I'm pretty sure I found the problem and I just made a new copy available
via http://mit.edu/pbh/www/early-testers.html
The krb5.ini file is a non-standard ini file. The installer was using the
built-in functions to edit the ini file, instead of just making a static
copy. This has been changed.
I'll try to fix the other problems that you described as time permits.
