Claude DesRosiers (181-2905, DesRosiers@LL.MIT.Edu) tried this morning
to install Host Explorer, but encountered a difficulty. After
completing the download, starting the Installer, and progressing through
several dialog boxes, he then got a notice of unavailable URL:
http://web.mit.edu/installers/initftp.html
When I attempt to reach it via NetScape, I get this screen:

System call `fopen' failed: No such file or directory.
