Hi Brett,

I haven't heard about this problem with Mink before. We have observed this
on 7 Win95 machines during the installation of HostExplorer, after the
Kerberos portion of the installer. A new version of the installer that is
being tested has resolved the problem for several of those machines. The
other users solved the problem through a variety of methods (reinstallation
of Win95, install during safe mode) before the new installer was available
for testing.

Please try the 1st half of the installer at
http://web.mit.edu/installers/win.combined/HostEx/early-test/KTEL.EXE
to see if it resolves the problem.

Also please let me know which release of Windows 95 this machine was
running. And is a Packard Bell by any chance?

Paul
