wshelper.dll or wshelp32.dll are used by Eudora to provide Hesiod support.
Eudora 3.0.2 does not require the end user to know which PO server their
POP3 account is located on. When the POP3 account is configured to be
username@hesiod, e.g. pbh@hesiod, Eudora will make the appropriate Hesiod
query to dynamically locate the po server.
I suspect that the user has the 32 bit version of Eudora installed and it
is actually looking for wshelp32.dll but reporting this as a missing
wshelper.dll.
The welty.exe should have installed the required DLL.
Alicia, can you contact the user and determine if this is the 32 bit
version of Eudora and if the wshelp32.dll is present on the system?
In the meantime we'll try to determine if there is a problem with Welty.exe
on 32 bit systems.
