Hi Terrance,

We've done some investigation but have been unable to duplicate this
problem, or identify a likely cause. Could we have some more information
so we can focus our investigation?

What revision of the MIT Eudora Installer are they using? The revision
number is listed on the first line of the Read Me that the Installer
displays - just after the splash screen and the license agreement.

Where did the user get this copy of the installer? Have they tried
downloading a new one from net-dist and trying it?

And if you could provide more specific information about when the login
dialog box appears, that would be very helpful. Is it really during
installation - if so, what is on the screen just before the login dialog
appears? And if it is after installation, what does the user do to make
the login dialog appear?

Thanks very much,
