A cleint called the help desk and complained about getting the error:
ftp connection failed
error code 2002
while running the mink installer. It would happen at 114% w/o any files
being downloaded. I ran mink and got the same problem. Nick Howard another
student consultant ran mink on 3 different computers and got the exact same
error. What's wrong w./ this installer and what can be done to fix this.
