That's the "blue screen of death", congratulations, you 
have now officially crashed an NT workstation- good work!

I hope you made the backup disk that Paul suggested [rdisk 
/s], this can help restore your registry. You can also boot 
into the Last Known Good configuration if you hit the space 
bar [I think] during the right milisecond. [note: sarcasm]
