I have formulated a World Wide Web survey on software copying
attitudes for a class project. I would appreciate if those of
you with access to a forms-capable WWW browser would take a few
minutes and fill it out.
Upon completion of the form, you will be entered in a random
drawing for $25 (US).

The results will be confidential except for the totals, ie. your
