Information on telco toll fraud detection systems ?

I would be interested in any pointers to info sources for toll fraud
detection systems. AT&T have a 800 service fraud detection system NetProtect ?
What about Sprint, MCI, ... ohh and Telstra/OPTUS ? B)
Additionally Texas Instruments Austin based Telecom Systems have a voice
authorization system based on Markov Modeling (apparently Sprint is using
it) ?
