From the perspective of one who also manages mailing lists plus *many*
other things as well, I can understand why things take a long time to be
corrected.  Whilst improvements and bugs should be pointed out to
owners/listmanagers I feel it is somewhat unfair to flame individuals
quickly when they are attempting to provide a service to the network
community in some form.
