As I recall, someone "owns" and allegedly overseas IDS. Might he
be willing to appoint or otherwise take on an assistant -- who hopefull
would know how to set Majordomo for Digest mode -- and who might be willing
to keep an eye on the traffic flow when the owner is otherwise occupied.
