Hi,

Eve Diana called today to say that her monitor is still having problems. It
expands/contracts slightly and is fuzzy. She says that she had called a while
back, but I checked with Carol and J.J. and didn't find anything on hotline. She
had reported other problems with moggy but those were fixed. She says that
somebody outside of MIT (like DEC or something she doesn't know) had come to
look at it and ordered replacement parts? She wasn't sure because she thought we
were handling everything. So she wants to know the status? of the monitor. I
told her that someone would get back to her in two working days. Didn't know
about the monitor situation, so I didn't tell her that we didn't have it logged
yet.

Could somebody get back to her?
