This machine has no overt errors. Nothing shows up using diagnostics or
in the error logs. However pinging it shows that it seems to be losing
packets at an abnormally high rate. I believe the network adaptor on it
needs to be replaced.

I pinged w91-230-6 (the sick maxine) and w91-230-1 (a microvax) -- they are
both on the same delni, and the thickwire was swapped and tested:

w91-230-1 [+210 Secs] Echo Reply: Seq=4201 CumLoss=10 RTT=0 ms

w91-230-6 [+210 Secs] Echo Reply: Seq=4201 CumLoss=651 RTT=0 ms

A CumLoss of 651 is too high.
