workstation won't reboot

Hi!
The workstation w20-575-57 won't reboot. It looks like it began the
reboot process and then stopped. I've been sitting here for an hour
and it hasn't changed anything on the screen. The correct reboot
sequence for a DEC 5000/25 is Ctrl-alt-return, Ctrl-alt-backspace,
this did not work.
