On Wed 7/29/92, there will be shutdown at Building 39, from 7:30am-8:30am. They
will test the emergency power transfer system. They will shut off 31 exhaust
fans. Test is momentary and the power will be off for a split second.
On Mon 8/3/92, in building NE43, from 8:00am to 12noon, all machine rooms AC
and 9th floor cooling system will be down.
