This is all that Ocie and I did and found on cluster patrol on 7-26.

-w20-575-73 fails to boot or even reach >> prompt. It gives errors in
hex notation.
-Cleaned DEC5000/133 screens.
-Machine Room fine.

to 65 degrees. Room began to cool.

I had problems with this machines last week to. Perhaps the HD needs to
be checked.
