The printer "sum" in room 20B-219a is in need of repair. The top portion of
every page that it prints has a large amount of stray toner making the page
more or less gray in spots. Printing quality improves toward the bottom of
the page, but there as well there is some extra toner on the page where it
does not belong. The printer has been this way ever since the last time it
was fixed. Is there something I can do to fix the problem or does this sound
like something that needs a skilled hand? Thanks for your help.
