DECStation 5000/133 video manual for E40 test cluster?

Ezra and I are sorting out issue of fonts and screen resolution, and we
would be helped if someone could bring one of the manuals that describe
the DECStation 5000/133's video card from wherever they live to the Test
Cluster in E40. We already have the manual that describes the video
monitors, but not the one that describes the card(s) that drive them.
