Workstations failing to reset in w20

I was testing an application that works fine on DEC 5000/25, VAX 3100 and 
RS 6000  but crashed on DEC 5000/133 and froze the workstation.......

The work station is not rebooting on pressing the reboot button and also 
if you type boot..
