I have checked out 35-223 (system HAPPY, a VSII) running 6.3B. This workstation
has LOCAL ACTIVATION, and will not let anyone login. This needs correcting.
I have also looked at 35-223 (system DOC, an RT) This has the same exact
problem. Please inform the operations people.
