	Hotline,
I will be installing a extension to bring the line
on top of the desk. The weight of the ST-500 causes stress on
	the BNC Fitting.

Subject: m11-113 Network connection/cable
Date: Thu, 09 Jul 92 15:52:43 EDT

  Hi,

The network connection for the Athena computers m11-113-2 & m11-113-7
appears toasted. The thin-wire ethernet cable that attaches to the
ST-500 appears to be making a poor connection, (as if it is barely
connecting to the T-connector.) The ST-500 has lights lit on the
PWR and SQE. The XMT, RCV, and CP lights are unlit.

Hotline is repeatedly receiving failure reports about these two
  machines falling off the net.

Could you please check/repair the cable (which is underneath the table...)

  Thanks,
  Rita (Athena Hardware Hotline)
