Peter,
Nancy has taken care of the warranty information on our system for
the 7013, so that will no longer be a problem. The 7012 you referenced
in your note is on warranty until 7/30, in fact, so it sounds like there
was some sort of communication problem. That machine should be fixed
for you. Let me know if there is still a problem with it.
