Received call from Neil Tomlinson Physical Plant, he wants aproval for
the power down on following buildings, on dates and times shown.
Date: Bldg.# Time Okayed By:
July 2 Girls Dorm 10:30-noon Jerry
July 2 W4 and W5 10:30-noon Jerry
July 2 Bldg. 12 lab 10-30-noon Jerry
July 7 W85 9am-3PM check with Jeff microwave here?
July 13 36 and 38 7:30am to 8:30am Jeff
August 1+2 1 thru 8 + 12 7am to 5PM each day check with Jeff
Note: According to Neil for the August shutdown not all bldgs will
shutdown at once, but one will follow the other, asked Neil to check
with us at time of shutdowns, but I would have to check before I give
okay fro that many bldgs.
Neil is awaiting a reply for July 13 and August dates. If this is a go I
would ask to have an MOTD asap. Please let me know so I can inform Neil.
