Total outage for disk 2 was June 29 10:30am to June 30 10:30am.
System Outage June 30 7:30am to 10:30am.
FYI: this machine (and probably the others) is _not_ on IBM service.
I was notified of this when the showed up to fix the machine (we are
apparently paying for this service call). We need to find out the
new service information.
