Hi,
Could you please log a service call for the following machine, which
needs attention as soon as possible:
Hostname: matisse
Machine type: RT
S/N: 26-0003693
Location: e40-008
Symptom: Down since 1:15am today; displays
"7C" on powerup
Contact: Lucien VanElsen 253-0110
Field service should get in touch with Lucien (or a Systems Support
person if Lucien is not around) before working on the system (there's
another system using the same hostname temporarily, so we want to be
sure the work gets done on the right machine). Thanks.
