Nil was reported with a key-3 symbol showing.
The manual advises that a 50K maintenance is needed.
There is an LPS40 manual in my office (if you are not familiar
with the procedures.)
The LPS40 maintenance kit should be in the E40-334 printer supply closet.
The queue has been shutdown until LPS40 problem has been corrected.
