Hi again,
I've been trying for the past few days to find out exactly who is
responsible for the printer ("Stowe") in E25-147. John Chase at Athena
Operations told me that jason@wccf is responsible for its maintenance. I
spoke with Jason today and he claims no responsibility for it. In the
meantime, Stowe is printing ever lighter, and probably suffering damage
due to lack of toner and the need for a new cartridge. Please stop passing
the buck and perform the much-needed maintenance on this printer. Thank
you very much.
