It's the end of the year, and I'm constantly annoyed by finding Athena
terminals screenlocked with xscreensaver with the logout button
deactivated and with other programs that provide no clean means of
exit and no indication as to how long the user has been gone. For
instance, a neslihan@athena used a program (xlock? not
xscreensaver...) to lock up TWO terminals in the EECS lab... This is
a real problem when people are struggling for terminals. Rebooting is
a ten-minute process; this is too long to wait for a terminal you
should be able to just log into.
