Hi there!

I recently lost a file when I was cleaning up my account. I was over
the time and space limits, so I went to compress a file.
Unfortunately, compress simply wrote a zero-length file since I was
unable to write.

Is there anyway to recover that file? It was an essay I wrote, and I
had not made a hard copy.

Here is the information on it from ls:
 0 -rw-r--r-- 1 ben_wen 0 Feb 20 17:54 ROChair.tex.Z

It is in ~/Garbage on NFS /u4/lockers/ben_wen ODYSSEUS.MIT.EDU w
/mit/ben_wen.

Thanks.
-Ben

P.S. Is compress broken, or did I forget a switch or something? It
seems that this behavior is sorta brain-dead...is there a compress-bug
address?
