Lost Files for Thesis!

Please help!
I accidentally removed some files by using mv to rename.
the first lost file is an ez text file (it's short) originally called "thesis",
the next file lost was called "model" which is an idraw file, the next file lost
was called "b_circuit" (another idraw file, the one I really want back) and the
file I erased that with was called "block", now named thesis.
This happened on tuesday may 5th, at the machine 'lees2.MIT.EDU' at around
9:10pm.
