I received a call about the machine m4-035-17. The caller said
that the machine didn't always initialize properly. He said that the
xterm command would not work and that none of the x windows would accept
commands. He also mentioned something about an error 20. The serial
number is SN 23-D2004 and the IP address is 18.74.0.36.
