The entire bldg 11 facility was found, and reported frozen with many complaint
calls. I have quickly inspected the bldg 11 machine room for apparent hardware
errors. I have found no apparent hardware problems. I have waited close to 30
minutes, than I had notified the urgent mail operations pager. By this time
the workstations in the above mentioned area have returned to life. Anne
Salemme has responded to the page, and as I stated above, all appears to be 
o.k. now. The time slot of the above failure was between 21:15, and 22:45 
approx.
