Hi:
The printer in the OE Athena Cluster (7-321) suddenly started
streaking every sheet it printed out with a black line.
I went through the LNO3A User Guide and replaced the shield glass and
the cleaning pad in the printer as was suggested, but still the line keeps
appearing.
There is only one line that comes up and it comes in the same location on
every page. I have just recently replaced the Maintenance Kit (about 1.5 weeks
ago).
Please e-mail your suggestions to me regarding this problem as soon as
possible or please have somebody come and fix it.
