I'm using e51-007-1. All of the sudden all of my processes stop responding.
In my Console, I get repeated messages:
15:09 un0: ethernet probably is disconnected

I look in back of the rt and see a 5 inch ethernet cable comming out of the
computer. This cable is obviously supposed to be connected to an ethernet
cable comming out of the wall. The connection came loose. I plugged the
cables back together and everything went back to normal.

Here's the bigger problem. The ethernet connectors are not held together
be anything other than friction. They should be screwed together, but
the connectors are not compatible. Both have screws in them facing away
from the opposite connector. I looked at the terminal next to mine
(e51-007-2). It has the same problem.

I highly recommend you send back whoever did the cable installation and
have them properly secure the connections. Perhaps a good flogging may
also be in order.
