HIPPOCRATES.MIT.EDU, a VS3100 in the E25-131 cluster was in the process of
rebooting after having the new version installed. A "bad partition table"
message came up followed by "Short read" and a "Enter image name:" prompt,
where the machine is presently stuck. Neither /vmunix nor (a)vmunix works
when typed in response to the prompt.
