Subject: 11-135 A/C UNIT:
Date: Wed, 22 Apr 92 20:34:39 EDT

I was notified by Physical Plant via the 1410 recorder that the alarm was
ringing in the 11-135 machine room. I have met the mechanic and Richard Sirois,
(2nd shift HVAC supervisor) in the 11-135 machine room. The primary unit had
once again dropped, and the secondary unit had kicked in. The secondary unit
was turned back off, and the primary unit was turned back on. Plant will
continue to monitor the situation every hour for the rest of my shift, and
through 3rd shift. According to Richard Sirois, the new policy is to notify
1410 regarding all alarm problems/failures.
