9-366 caesar paper jamming

  Hi,

  Lyman Hazelton called and reported that he put in a maintenance kit
  for the printer caesar in 9-366. However, it now has 2 new problems.

  1. It keeps getting constant paper feed jams (ps- lpq indicates that
     problem now.)

  2. One of the green clips has fallen off.  Please note:  Lyman has
     left the clip near the printer (on the window sill.)

  Please try to zlocate lrh to see if Lyman is logged in because he 
  would like to see what's up with the printer. (But he doesn't need
  to be there.)
