This LNO3 was called in with a code '4'. I have visited this site and have
verified the code '4' with the maintenance symbol flashing as well. The person
in charge of this area was instructed to visit Lab Supplies to purchase a
Maint.Kit, as well as setting up a visible log book for Toner & Maint
recordings. This will be taken care of by the person in charge.
