Hello.
Poor Jen Minley (jinmin) had an accident and has lost large chunks of her thesis.
She has / can rewrite most of it, but could not reaccumulate her bibliography.
There's a bit of a story behind how she lost it, but basically she overwrote the
file with a blank one without backing up. OLC has referred her to the hotline
with the hope that Athena backs up its fileservers. If this has occurred in the
last couple weeks or longer (TALOS.MIT.EDU), etc could someone please get back
as soon as possible to help this forlorn individual??
